The undersigned petitioners Citizens of the Counties of Owen, Putnam, Monroe and Lawrence
in the State of Indiana Respectfully Represent that the public interest would be promoted
by Establishing a Post Rout from Putnamville in Putnam County to Springville in
Lawrence County, touching at the following intermediate points to-wit; The Calosact
Mills, Spencer and White Hall in Owen and Stanford in Monroe
They therefore pray that said Rout be established
