boddy that a mail rout commencing at Putnamville running thence by the Cateract, [Spencer?], Whitehall ^and^ Stanford to Springville ^one in each week^
woutd be conducive to [much?] the publick
convenence Said rout it is believed woutd not augment ^the^
expence of the post office department but on the contrary it is presumed that the profits
of said rout
woutd more than remunerate all expence and your petitions will ever pray
