we the undersighned citizens of New Castine and vecinity do Prey your Honourable Body
To Have the Present mail Route altered in Place of commencing by the way of New Castine to go by the [?] Dark Co ohio & Intersect the Same Route at Euphemia Ohio and To grant us a mail Route from Greenville ohio by the way of New Castine To Eaton
ohio Twice a week & Back & To be carried by a vehicle when the Roads are Passible
& when impassible on Horse Backwe the underseighd citizens do Humble
