Ohio and running on the State road to Harvey Kimber, and there Establish a Post Office from thence on said road to Elleserlie, ^Huron County^ Twelve Miles from Said Kimbers, and there Establish a Post Office, and thence, to Turkey foot P.O. Henry County on sd road and thence on Popler ridge to Ridgeville, P. O Henry Co. and thence to Evensport P.O Defiance Co. and thence to Bryan P.O. the County Seat of Williams [...?], the termination of said route,
