To the Honorable Cave Johnson Postmaster General
The undersigned would respectfully represent, in addition to the facts set forth in
the accompanying petition, that the distance from Massillon Stark County, one end
of the proposed route, to Middlebury Summit County is twenty miles as follows
Greensburgh is the only Post Office intermediate between the two extreme points above
named. Between the several points above named there is much business intercourse and
the want of mail facilities has been largely felt by the[?] which may be advantageously supplied by a weekly mail on the proposed route, and
the Establishment of two additional post offices one at “McDonaldsville” and one at “East Liberty” as petioned for by the citizens
