X Roads) Desoto County, State of Mississippi Sheweth that they laboring under many
disadvantages for the lack of a post rout being established from Memphis Tenesee to Oxford in Lafait County State of Mississippi By Plesant Hill, Cochrans X Roads [Flually?] X Roads, [Tobitubias?], Collidg Hill, &.c, And [we?] your Petitioners would recommend the Mail to be carried in a Two horse Coach Twice a week and your Petitioners will
