Hon. John Wentworth
We your petitioners, (inhabitants of Blue Island, Cook Co. Ill.) would respectfully ask your aid in establishing a mail route leading from here, southwestwardly, passing Coopers Grove, Chelsea, Wallingford, & Rockville ^Bloom’s farm^ to Bulbonia Grove, in Will Co. a distance of forty-five miles, with service thereon at least once a week.
We would respectfully represent that this is a route much needed by the inhabitants along the route, and we believe in no way conflicts with any other now established.
All of which is respectfully submitted.
