The subscribers respectfully request, that a mail route may be established from Carthage Jefferson County N.Y. to Adams in the same Co, passing by Copenhagen, Tylerville, Whitesville to Adams, a distance of 27 miles. This route will connect with the Rome, Syracuse & Oswego route at Adams, & with the Ogdensburgh & Utica route at Carthage, uniting three important & growing villages, Adams, Copenhagen, and Carthage
