The undersigned, Citizens of Gallipolis Gallia County Ohio represent; that the public Convenience requires the establishment of a post-route from Gallipolis in Gallia County to Wheelersburgh in Scioto County, to leave Gallipolis every Thursday Morning, to pass Thevenin’s Mill, Patriot, & Gallia Furnace in Gallia County, Olive Furnace, Mount Vernon Furnace and Clinton Furnace in Lawrence County ohio to ^reach^ Wheelersburgh in Scioto County Ohio, by Friday M. and return by the same route to Gallipolis by Saturday Evening.
