Resolved by the General Assembly of the State of Iowa that our Senators and Representatives
in Congress be and are hereby requested to exert their influence to procure the conveyance
of the Mail on rout No 4551, by two Horse Coaches at least once a Week on Said rout
and also the extension of Said rout to Monona in Clayton County
Resolved that the Secretary of State is required to forward a copy of the above resolution
to Each of our Senators and representatives in Congress
