We the petitioners humbly pray your Honerable Body to pass a Law Establishing a Mail rout: from Mountpleasant B in Henry County By the way of Holcombs Mill Walnut Creek Dutch Creek Bridge, Warners Mill to Lancaster in Keokuk County We your petitioners in duty Bound will pray.
