Parhap you can do some thing, about Post offices afairs there is Special Mail Rout, Kern’s Mills & Schnecksvill from Allentown for $40 Per anm subject to the Limitation of actual pay to the nett proceeds of Kerns Mills & Schnecksvill the new contracts will commence 1st July next I am P M at Kern Mills Peter Gross at Schnecksvill we should Like to have Congress [Roout?] on the Same Rout, our officers are only worth about $40 Per anm with the Compasain then we have nothing for our Trouble Except we do Reced. our Letters free and sent free we have to pay $40 for the Mail Carrierer and no Person cant do for no Less money. once a week from Schnecksvill to Kern’s Mills & to allentown Back same day. so we whant the Deparment to pay the Mail Contracter $40 Per anm and we Pay him what ever is du to the U S Every quarter when compasation is off it would be $10. Every quater to the contracter if ours officer would Reach to $10 a quarter then the contracter Received the Balance of the Department
