REDUCTION OF POSTAGE.
A memorial to the Congress of the United States of America, 1847-8
From citizens of Warren Trumbull Co. Ohio, and vicinity.
Your memorialists respectfully request that Congress will still further reduce the rages of postage at this session. We should be glad to have the rates reduced, at once, to the uniform figures of one cent an ounce on all printed matter, for any distance; and five cents an ounce for sealed matter.
