Petition to Congress for Cheap Postage.
To the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States in Congress A assembled:
The undersigned, citizens of New Hampshire, respectfully petition Congress to pass a Law to establish a uniform rate of Postage not to exceed one cent on any Newspaper and half a cent on juvenile papers, and two cents on each pre-paid Letter of half an ounce, for all distances, and, as in duty bound, will every pray:
