Postage Reduction
To the Senate & House of Representatives of the United States1849The subscribers, people of Ohio, desire of the present Session of Congress, the reduction
of the rates of postage, so that the charge on letters shall not exceed two cents
for any distance for any [?] cent an ounce & as far as practicable free.
