IN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
Whereas, the mail route from Dublin to Boxville, in Montgomery county, Georgia, is partly on both sides of the Oconee River, and the Post Offices on said route are at least eighteen miles from many of the citizens,
Be it therefore resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia, in General Assembly met, That our Senators and Representatives in Congress, be respectfully requested to exert themselves to have the said mail route, so far changed as to run from Boxville, up to Dublin, on the west side of the Oconee River, thence down from Dublin to Boxville, in the East side of the Oconee River.
