Acts repealed
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That an act to authorize Benjamin McKay and others to lay off additional lots in the town of Stephenson, in Rock Island county, approved, February sixth, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-nine, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Approved, February 27, 1841.
1John J. Hardin introduced HB 233 in the House of Representatives on February 13, 1841. The House passed the bill on February 19. The Senate concurred on February 27. On February 27, the Council of Revision approved the bill and the act became law.
