Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly That circuit courts shall be held in the County of Putnam on the first mondays in May & fourth Mondays in October annually any thing in the
act to which this is a supplement ^to the contrary^ notwithstanding and so much of said act as requires the circuit court of said county to be held on the first monday of april is hereby repealed
