Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That so much of the Act to which this is an amendment as requires all suits commenced under said act to be docketed to the Second day of Court, be and the same is hereby repealed, and all suits commenced under the provision of said act shall as soon as commenced be placed on the common law docket and shall not be tried except in the order which they occupy on the docket, unless for good cause the Court shall otherwise direct.
