. . . Sec [Section]24 That said incorporation in making loans of any part of their Capital Stock as provided in this act, are hereby
authorised to receive such interest, as may be agreed upon by the parties in advance,
or at the time of making said loan, ^provided the said rate of Interest shall not exceed Twelve per cent per annum ^
Sec 25 That the Capital Stock of said Company actually paid in, shall be subject to the same rate of taxation as shall be imposed
on others personal property in the State of Illinois.
