An ACT for the transcribing certain records in Tazewell County.
1Records to be transcribed
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the recorder of the county of Tazewell, be, and he is hereby directed, to transcribe in a well bound and suitable book, the deeds, mortgages, and other instruments in writing, recorded in records of said county, marked A. B. C. and D., and that he prefix a full index thereto, both in the names
of grantors and grantees.
Compensation
Sec. 2. That the county commissioners’ court in and for said county of Tazewell, pay to said recorder for the services provided for in the foregoing section, a reasonable
compensation.
