Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly: That the act approved March the 2^nd one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine entitled “an act to authorize Daniel F Hitt to build a Milldam” and to which this is amendatory, shall be so far amended and altered as to read “in township Thirty three North” instead of “Twenty three North” as mentioned in said act
