Resolved—That the Committee on Finance be instructed to enquire into the Justice and propriety of providing by law for the redemption of scrip in the hands of citizens of this State and others, who hold it in payment for services rendered to the State on the works of Internal Improvement [&?] for other services rendered the State. And to report to this House, at as early a day as practicable, by Bill or otherwise.
