Resolved by the house of Representatives that the Committee on finance be instructed to inquire in to the Expdiancy of making it the duty of the County Commissioners Courts to appoint one assessor
to reside in the bounds of each Justices district for the purpose of taking in lists
of taxable property in said district, and report by Bill or otherwise
