Be it enacted by the People of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly. That all laws orfirst ^so much ^ of any law of this state, incorporating any town or city in this state, as is which exempts any of the real or personal property situate in said town or city from paying a county or city ^state^ tax, be and the same is hereby hereby repealed. And hereafter no all incorporated cities & towns in this state shall pay a state & County Tax on all the property real & personal situate in such towns & Cities.
