To be called the Illinois Intrest Bond.
amend the 5th Sec by striking the word Intrest.
amend the 7th Sec first Line by striking out the word, Intrest, same Sec 4th Line, by striking out the words, Illinois Intrest, and insert in same Sec after the word Bond, the words so sold.
