Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, Represented in the General Assembly

Sec. That Said Board and Secretary of State, and are hereby required to examine the estimates of work done on the central railroad near Peru by Michael Kennedy, And if they believe said estimates made in conformity to the law, they shall Issue drafts on the Fund Commissioner in favour of Said Kennedy for in Sums not less than one thousand ^dollars^ with Six per Cent interest, from date till paid, for the amount of such estimates, to [...?] [?]
