Sec 5. that in order to Carry in to effect The provisions of this act

It shall be the duty of the Said trustees To keep an accurate account of the Costs of the Construction of Said Road and after the Completion ^of the same^ or1 any part thereof to keep An acurat account of all toles received As well as the Expences of said Road The Said trustees Shall also be required To make an acuratereport to the County Commissioners Court at their march Tirm anually of all Expences incured And toles received in said year
