Insert the following in lieu of that stricken out by Senate

Whereas The Aditor of Publick Accounts has withholden from ^refused to issue his warrant in favour ^ W^m Walters publick printer ^for^ the sum of $600 Dollars in consequence of his failing to have the laws and Journals bound of last session according to law, Therefore being in acted that [...?] Fi[...?]a Esq^r [...?] that the secretary of state ^the^ Aditor and treasurer be and they are hereby empowerd to investigate the claim of said Walters, and should they be satisfyed that said claim or any part thereof is Just, the same shall be allowed, and the aditor is hereby authorised to issue his warrant on the treasury, for the amount so awarded
