Amend the 7th section 6th line, by striking out the word “vicinity” and insert “Justices District”.
Amend the same section by adding the following.
“And if a majority of the legal voters in any county, Justices District, Incorporated
Town, or ward in any city, shall petition the County Commissi remonstrate against the granting of any such license within the bounds of such said County, Justices District, Incorporated town, or ward of any city, then in such
case it shall not be lawful to grant any such license ^until a majority of such voters shall in like mannr signify their desire to have the same such license granted. ^
for the space of twelve months [...?] next [...?]s[...?]ing until the 1st Monday of March thru next ensuing.
Amend the 1st section by striking out “one gallon” & insert “one quart.”
Strike out “one gallon” wherever it occurs in the Bill and insert “one quart.”
