An ACT to legalize the assessment of taxes in the county of Jo Daviess, for the year 1839.

Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the assessment of taxes in the county of Jo Daviess for the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-nine by the county commissioners
thereof, is hereby made legal and valid, and that said commissioners have hereby full power
to collect the same.
Approved, February 27, 1841.
