That the President of the United States be requested to communicate to this House
a copy of the proceedings of the court of enquiry in Mexico touching ^the matter which led to^ the dismissal from the public service of Lieutenants Josiah S Pender and Geo E B. Singletary of the North Carolina Regiment of Volunteers and all the correspondence
between the War Department and Generals Taylor & Wool in relation to the same.
