To the Hon. Congress, of U.S. of America,
The undersigned Citizens of Winnebago County Wisconsin Territory, respectfully petition your Honorable body to Establish a Mail Rout leading from Fort Winnebago on Wisconsin River, to Neenah or Winnebago Rapids on Fox River at the outlet of Lake Winnebago. Embracing as intermediate points on Said rout Village of Dartford at the outlet of Green Lake in Marquett County. The Village of Waukau 3 Miles below the Outlet of Rush Lake in Winnebago County, and at Oshkosh the County Seat of Winnebago County
