Your Petitioners inhabitants of Cookville (& vicinity) in the County of Rock Wisconsin respectfuly present, that the public interest require^s^ that a mail route should be established connecting Green and Jefferson Counties, in Wisconsin; and do therefore pray that a mail route be established commencing at Exeter in the county Green and running in a N. E.ly direction via. Union, Cookville, Dunkirk, & Cambridge, to Lake Mills in the county of Jefferson, distance miles
