Your Petitioners Citizens of the Counties of Walworth & Waukesha Wisconsin Territory
Ask for the continuation of mail route No 4407 now running from Wheeling in the State
of Illinois to Geneva Wisconsin Territory so as to extend said route to Summit Wisconsin
via of Spring Prairie East Troy Eagleville & Waterville to Summit intersecting the
route from Racine to Janesville at Spring Prairie the route from Milwauke to Janesville at East Troy and from Milwaukee to Madison at Summit Your petitioners
conceive that the public require the establishment or continuation of said mail route
as aforesaid and that it will amply support itself we therefore respectfully pray
for the extension of said mail route as above proposed
