needed throught the Northern parts of Boone Winebago & Stephenson Counties We therefor[e?] respectfuly pray that a Mail Route may be established to commence at Belvidere in the County
of Boone in the State of Illinois Thence to Roscoe in Winebago County Thence to Force’s Bridge in Winebago County. Thence to Davis’ Mill in Stephenson County ^Thence to Rightzells Mill in Stephenson County^ Thence to New Pennsylvania in Stephenson County Thence to Shullsburgh in La Fayette
