To the Honorable the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States, in Common Council Convened,
We the undersigned Supervizors of the County of Wolworth assembled in Spicial Session at Elkhorn in Said County, would most Respectfully Represent to Your Honorable Body that there is great want of Regulations in many of the Mail Routs [Running?] from different points on the Lake into the interior of the Teritory and particularly through the countes of Wolworth & Rock and they do therefore Request that a [Trey?] weekly mail Rout may be Established, from Milwaukie direct to Beloit through Troy, Elkhorn, Delavan, Darien, Allens Grove, & Clinton, this being one of [the?] greatest Thorough fares through the Teritory, and from the largest City & the longest inland Town in the Teritory, and no continous mail Route has Ever Yet been Established through on this Teritorial Road.
