RESOLUTION.
Be it resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That our Representatives in Congress be requested, and our Senators instructed, to take measures to procure the establishment of a mail route ^(^ from Winsborough, in the parish of Franklin, to Monroe, in the parish of Ouachita, to be carried ^(^ once a week ^)^ on the most direct and practical route ^)^ and that the Governor be requested to forward copies of this resolution to our Representatives and Senators in Congress.
