Resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring herein, That the Governor shall settle with the agent of the contractors upon the Illinois and Michigan Canal, for one thousand bonds sold them (and negotiated by him on their account) upon the same terms and conditions that others agents of the State negotiating like Bonds, have been settled with[.]
