Resolved by the General Assembly, That the Auditor of Public Accounts, be, and he is hereby directed, not to issue
his warrant on the Treasury, in pursuance of an act making appropriations for a library
for the use of the Legislature, and Supreme Court, approved February 22d, 1839, until the end of the present session of the General Assembly.
1John Harris introduced the resolution in the Senate on December 31, 1840, and the Senate adopted it. The House of Representatives concurred on December 31.
