Resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring herein, That the Governor be requested to write to the Hon. R. M. Young and direct him not to forward to Messrs. Wright & Co., of London any more State Bonds for sale or otherwise; and that he also be requested not to
draw for the amount arising from the sale of Bonds made by him to said Wright, & Co., until further action is had by the Legislature on that subject[.]
