I, Abraham Lincoln in Consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars, to me in hand paid, have this Day granted, bargained, and sold unto Gershom Jayne his heirs and assigns forever, all my Right, title, Interest and Estate in and to one undivided half of the North part of the North West fractional quarter of section Three in Township Nineteen North of Range Seven West of the third principal Meridian.
