I, Abraham Lincoln in Consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars, to me in hand paid, have this Day
granted, bargained, and sold unto Gershom Jayne his heirs and assigns forever, all my Right, title, Interest and Estate in and to
one undivided half of the North part of the North West fractional quarter of section
Three in Township Nineteen North of Range Seven West of the third principal Meridian.

Be it Remembered that on the day of the date hereof came personally before the undersigned
a Justice of the Peace in and for said County
Abraham Lincoln who is known to be the same person By whom & in whose name the foregoing Deed of
Conveyance is Subscribed and by whom and in whose name the same is now proposed to
be acknowledged and who then acknowledged the same to be his free and voluntary act
and Deed for the purposes therein Expressed.
