J. Robinson was a printing and book selling company that operated in Baltimore, Maryland. Joseph Robinson started the company in 1809, and soon after commencing business, he added a circulating library, which became one of the largest and most successful in the city. By 1839, Robinson's Circulating Library had 17,000 volumes available for patrons.
