Marshall County Circuit Court

Upon the county's creation in 1839, the Marshall County Circuit Court was placed in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Illinois. The same year, the circuits were reorganized and Marshall was placed in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where it remained until 1859, when it was placed in the Twenty-Third Circuit.
