James G. Wright and George Martin created the firm Martin, Wright & Company in Naperville, Illinois. They added H. L. Peaslee to the firm at some point and started the Producers Bank, based in Naperville, at least as early as the fall of 1858. Peaslee was associated with the firm and bank for three years. Wright was associated with the firm and Producers Bank until at least 1862.
