Foster Jr., Thomas V.

Born: 1821-07-29 Harrison County, Kentucky

As a young child, Foster moved to Sangamon County, Illinois, with his father's family in 1826. In 1847, he married Polly E. Foster, his first cousin, with whom he raised five children. In 1849, the Fosters moved to Logan County, Illinois.
