Thomas P. Taylor had moved from Kentucky to Indiana by March 1838, when he married Caroline Guinn. In September 1839, he married Malinda Alexander, with whom he had one child. By 1840, Taylor was living in Wayne Township, Indiana. He died in Owen County, Indiana.
