Wychoff, Samuel (Wycoff)

Died: 1850-03-18 Sangamon County, Illinois

Alternate name: Wycoff

As a young man, Samuel Wychoff moved to Bourbon County, Kentucky. In 1822 he moved with his wife and family to Sangamon County, Illinois. Wychoff won election as a Sangamon County Commissioner in 1841 as a Whig.
