James Wright hereby applies to the county commissioners, court of Sangamon county for a Writ of ad quod damnum2 to erect a mill dam on Brush creek on the South West quarter of Section number 18. Township 14 North of Range 4 West and the South East quarter of Section 13 in Township 14 North of Range 5 West, or either of them3
