To the Honourable County commissioner's court for the county of SangamonThe undersigned, having been appointed to view and locate a road from the county line
near Watkins mill via Miller's ferry to the county line in the direction of Pekin, report: that they have made the location and recommend the opening of said road.
The above is a Plat of said road.2
